Day 1: Kampala-Fortportal
Drive from Kampala in the morning and proceed to the western part of the country by passing through Mityana-Fortportal kasese road which is 290km drive that takes 5- 6hour drive to Fortportal. On reaching Fortportal, your driver will stop you for a lunch and then be transferred to Kibale forest National Park, the capital world of primates Such as chimpanzee, baboons and monkeys which is 20kms drive and to your hotel for dinner an overnight.
Day 2: Chimpanzee tracking.
Take an early breakfast and then start your primate tracking adventure in the forest The park’s site guide will take you through this adventurous experience where you may be blessed with enormous encounters of various forest primates like the L’hoest, black faced colobus monkeys, baboons and other forest species. After tracking, then drive back to the hotel or continue for an overnight in Fortportal town one of Uganda’s clean and scenic town in western region.
Day 3: Return back to Kampala/ depart at Entebbe airport
After morning healthy breakfast, prepare for the journey back to Kampala heading to Entebbe, you will enjoy warm lunch along the way, and dinner at the hotel in Entebbe and then to the airport for departure.
